Job summary

Beca is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join the Defence Team in Canberra. You will work with a motivated, knowledgeable, collaborative group delivering Defence-related projects with autonomy and a strong client focus.

Ideal candidates bring Defence acquisition experience, PMBOK/PM2 familiarity and excellent communication, with a willingness to work on-site with the client in their offices in Canberra.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Project Management role within the Defence acquisition space.
• Familiarity with PMBOK, Defence methodologies and PM2.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive delivery of multiple projects to meet quality, time and cost outcomes.
• Build and maintain effective client and stakeholder relationships.
• Be a subject matter expert on the Defence acquisition process and related policy.
• Work as part of a Beca project team co-located with the client in their offices.
