Job summary

Beca is seeking an experienced Associate Civil Engineer to join the NSW team. The role involves managing and delivering defence civil projects with support from technical specialists, liaising with clients and design management across multidisciplinary teams.

You will develop workflow processes, mentor junior staff, and contribute to business development from opportunity identification through to securing projects with clients and industry partners.

Qualifications

• Qualified Professional Engineer (CPEng) or Engineering Technologist with Engineers Australia.

Responsibilities

• Design management, project management and coordination of multidisciplinary defence civil projects.
• Develop workflow processes from feasibility to detailed design.
• Coaching and mentoring team members in technical areas and project planning/execution.
• Business development from opportunity identification to securing projects with clients and industry partners.
• Participate in transport leadership group to shape market responses.
