IAG is seeking a Decommissioning & Life Support Platforms Manager to lead teams responsible for retiring legacy applications safely and efficiently across Australia. • Drive application exits, migrations and decommissioning initiatives that reduce technology complexity, risk and operational costs.
• Develop platform roadmaps and lifecycle strategies that support simplification and prioritise high value outcomes.
• Partner with business leaders, technology teams and vendors to coordinate transition activities and achieve successful decommissioning outcomes.
• Explore opportunities to leverage AI and automation to accelerate platform retirement and improve delivery efficiency.
• Track and realise business benefits through effective governance, risk management and lifecycle decision making.
• Build and lead capable teams that support legacy platforms while navigating change and transformation.
