Job summary

SeaLink WA is seeking deckhands to join our crew for full-time 6 months (Oct–Apr) or casual periods (Nov–Jan). Roles pay $28–$31 per hour plus 33% penalties after 7pm and weekends, with leave, training and career advancement opportunities. Casual rates are $36.10 per hour.

Applicants should have marine experience and required qualifications. Experience on boats and STCW or GPH qualifications are preferred. You must be able to work across shifts, weekends, and public holidays and have access to

Responsibilities

• Assist with safe daily operations of the vessel according to SeaLink WA policies.
• Initiate actions to prevent unsafe incidents and support safe boarding/disembarkation.
• Demonstrate pleasant, helpful customer service at all times.
• Maintain vessel cleanliness and perform general maintenance tasks.
• Participate in emergency drills and follow master directives.
