Super Retail Group is seeking a Network Design & Optimisation Manager to build our capability from the ground up and shape the future of our supply chain network. You will lead modelling, scenario analysis and data-driven decision making across distribution and inventory planning, partnering with Finance, Property and Technology to drive cost efficiency, service and resilience.

This role can be based in Brisbane (Strathpine) or Sydney (Rhodes) with hybrid working flexibility, reporting to the GM

Qualifications

• Experience in network design and optimisation within large-scale distribution or retail.
• Experience developing and executing network strategies from concept through benefits realisation.
• Strong capability in advanced optimisation, scenario modelling and feasibility assessment.
• Proven ability to influence senior cross-functional stakeholders at executive level.
• Experience leading specialist teams or complex project-based work.
• Advanced analytics/optimisation capability.

Responsabilités

• Lead strategic network planning and governance for long-term supply chain design.
• Identify, assess and prioritise network optimisation opportunities with robust business cases.
• Develop network models and scenarios to support strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with Logistics, Brands and Finance to optimise costs and flow.
• Build frameworks, tools and processes to strengthen planning capability.
