Job summary

Super Retail Group is seeking a Distribution Centre Design & Solutions Manager to lead the design and optimisation of distribution centre and fulfilment solutions across our network. The role involves greenfield developments, facility redesigns, automation, and process improvements to improve flow, capacity, safety and customer outcomes.

You will report to the GM Network Strategy & Solutions and collaborate with operations, technology and commercial teams to translate complex business challenges

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and modelling capability (labour, throughput, capacity).
• Strong skills in AutoCAD and modelling tools.

Responsibilities

• Model, analyse and build business cases for DC design and fulfilment solutions.
• Design fulfilment and DC layouts to maximise safety, efficiency and flow.
• Support delivery and implementation of designed solutions with project teams.
• Identify opportunities to standardise DC layouts, methods and tools.
