Job summary

City Facilities Management Australia is seeking an experienced Cleaning Manager to lead Coles DC cleaning operations. You will foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, oversee multi-site DC teams, and ensure safety, quality, and compliance across all sites.

The role requires strong customer service and team management, with driving to maintain high standards and continuous improvement. A valid driver’s license is essential.

Qualifications

Certificate IV Asset Maintenance (Cleaning Operations Management) preferred.
Proven high level of customer service and team management skills across diverse team.
Intermediate IT skills: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook).
A valid driver’s license.
Experience in multi-site management with cross-functional stakeholder relations.

Responsibilities

Ensure daily cleaning services are delivered safely, efficiently and to 100% specifications.
Maintain food safety and hygiene standards across sites.
Audit distribution centers and address concerns promptly; manage cleaning escalations.
Provide regular reports and activity updates to management.
Ensure OH&S compliance through proper application of policies and procedures.
Provide leadership to the team and promote continuous improvement and quality outcomes.
