City Facilities Management – Liverpool NSW is seeking a facilities management professional to provide services and technical advice across Coles Automated Distribution Centre in Kemps Creek, NSW.

The successful candidate will report to the National Operations Manager and will oversee reactive and preventative maintenance, safety standards, and contractor coordination to ensure safe, efficient site operations.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Business, Administration or Technical stream (advantageous).
• Experience in Facilities Management, ideally in a commercial supply chain environment.
• Experience with budget responsibility including capital and operational budgets.
• Strong administration, planning and coordination skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors and team members.

Responsabilités

• Ensure reactive and preventative maintenance programs are executed promptly and meet quality requirements.
• Oversee site operations including cleaning, security, contractor management, self-delivery staff and waste management.
• Manage annual facilities budget and prioritise funds for required services.
• Drive continuous improvement and implement safety standards and procedures, including audits.
• Adhere to City Health and Safety policies and procedures.

The Opportunity:

In this role you will provide facilities management services and technical advice across Coles state-of-the-art Automated Distribution Centre located in Kemps Creek, New South Wales.

The successful candidate will report to the National Operations Manager and work closely with the Distribution Centre Manager to deliver safe and efficient operation of the facility.

Your key responsibilities will include:

– Ensure all programs including reactive and preventative maintenance are executed promptly and meet quality requirements
– Oversee the efficient and effective operation of the site, including cleaning, security, contractor management, self-delivery staff and waste management
– Manage annual facilities budget, identifying and prioritising funds to support required services
– Drive continuous improvement and implement and develop safety standards and procedures, including conducting audits across the site
– Adhere to all City Health and Safety (Think Safe) policies and procedures

To be considered for this role you will:

– Tertiary qualification in Business, Administration or Technical stream – advantageous
– Previous Facilities Management experience, ideally in a commercial supply chain environment
– Experience with budget responsibility, including capital and operational budget management
– Strong administration, planning and coordination skills with exceptional attention to detail
– Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships, working closely with local and nationally based clients, contractors, technicians and team members
– Current and valid Australian Driver’s Licence and willingness to travel interstate as required
