Job summary

Swissport is seeking an experienced Dayforce Payroll SME to lead the implementation and optimization of the Dayforce Payroll system. The role involves testing, configuration validation, data migration support, and user training across Payroll, HR and Technology teams.

You will play a hands-on role throughout the implementation, ensuring accurate testing, system readiness, and a successful go-live with a focus on payroll accuracy and stakeholder satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience using Dayforce Payroll system.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of payroll processes.
• Demonstrated experience testing and validating payroll systems.
• Experience with end-to-end payroll testing and data migration activities.
• Ability to train and support users on the Dayforce application.
• Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support parallel payroll testing to ensure components are tested and validated before go-live.
• Perform payroll calculation testing across a range of scenarios.
• Validate Dayforce configuration to align with payroll requirements and processes.
• Conduct end-to-end payroll testing and identify areas for improvement.
• Support data migration activities and validate migrated payroll data.
• Investigate and troubleshoot Dayforce payroll issues with stakeholders.
• Develop and deliver Dayforce training to payroll users and stakeholders.
• Support the payroll team with knowledge transfer for the new system.
• Contribute to go-live readiness activities and testing/training deliverables.
• Collaborate across Payroll, HR, Technology and project teams for a smooth transition.
