The Living Company in Sydney is seeking a Business Systems Lead to consolidate HR, payroll and workforce management onto a single Dayforce instance. You will lead design, data migration, testing and training, delivering a stable platform and future roadmap.

Qualifications

• 5+ years configuring and supporting HR, payroll or workforce management platforms.
• Experience with Dayforce or another enterprise platform.
• Strong business analysis and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience delivering technology projects with implementation partners.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate HR, payroll and workforce platforms onto a single Dayforce instance.
• Configure and implement Dayforce end-to-end across design, data migration, testing, cutover and training.
• Manage decommissioning of legacy systems and ensure platform health.
• Own access control, security roles and governance for People platforms.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Care and Operations to simplify and automate processes.
