Responsibilities

• Prepping, mixing, baking, cutting, piping, and packaging baked and chilled desserts.
• Operating commercial mixers, ovens, and handling large baking trays.
• Following recipes and processes to maintain high standards of quality and presentation.
• Packing and dispatching finished orders for customers.
• Maintaining HACCP records and adhering to strict hygiene and food safety requirements.
• Washing dishes and keeping a clean, organised workspace.
