You will prep, mix, bake, pipe, pack, and help keep HACCP records, with day shifts only. A positive attitude, reliability, and teamwork are essential; previous food manufacturing/kitchen experience is valuable.

No trade qualification required.

• Following recipes and processes to maintain high standards of quality and presentation.
• Packing and dispatching finished orders for customers.
• Maintaining HACCP records and adhering to strict hygiene and food safety requirements.
• Washing dishes and keeping a clean, organised workspace.

What you'll be doing

Prepping, mixing, baking, cutting, piping, and packaging our baked and chilled desserts.

Operating commercial mixers, ovens, and handling large baking trays.

Following recipes and processes, and ensuring high standards of quality and presentation.

Packing and despatching of finished orders for customers.

Maintaining records relating to our HACCP accreditation, and adhering to strict processes reflecting our high standards of hygiene and food safety.

Washing dishes, cleaning equipment and maintaining a clean, organised workspace.

What we're looking for

A positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Reliability, punctuality and attention to detail.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment to meet order and production deadlines.

A team player who is happy to roll up their sleeves and get things done.

This role does not require a trade qualification, however previous experience in a similar role within a food manufacturing/kitchen environment is essential. Demonstrated experience with piping and cream pastry production will be highly regarded.
