Job summary

Randstad NV is seeking an experienced Sales Loader Operator at the Wollert Quarry site to load trucks, manage stockpiles, and oversee smooth quarry operations. This casual contract with full-time hours offers a temp-to-perm pathway, weekend overtime potential, and a competitive base rate of 46–53 AUD per hour plus penalties.

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating front-end loaders in quarry/mining or heavy industrial environments.
• Valid Loader Ticket (LL) or equivalent.
• Desirable: experience with articulated or rigid haul trucks.
• Strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
• Flexibility to work occasional Saturdays.
• Reliable transportation to Wollert.
• Pass Medical and Drug and Alcohol.

About the Role

Maintain accurate loading weights and manage stockpiles.

Assist with site haulage duties using articulated or rigid haul trucks as required.

Adhere strictly to site safety, environmental, and operational protocols.

Skills & Experience

Required: Proven experience operating Front-End Loaders in a quarry, mining, or heavy industrial environment (Sales Loading experience preferred).

Required: Valid Loader Ticket (LL) or equivalent statement of attainment.

Desirable: Experience and Ticketed operating Articulated or Rigid Haul Trucks (highly regarded).

Strong commitment to workplace health and safety.

Flexibility to work occasional Saturdays as operational demand requires.

Reliable transportation to and from Wollert.
