Job summary

Randstad NV is seeking an experienced Sales Loader Operator at the Wollert Quarry site to load trucks, manage stockpiles, and oversee smooth quarry operations. The role requires operating front-end loaders safely and efficiently, with a focus on accurate loading weights and routine pre-start checks.

This casual contract with full-time hours offers a temp-to-perm pathway, weekend overtime potential, and a competitive base rate of 46–53 AUD per hour plus penalties.

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating front-end loaders in quarry/mining or heavy industrial environments.
• Valid Loader Ticket (LL) or equivalent.
• Desirable: experience with articulated or rigid haul trucks.
• Strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
• Flexibility to work occasional Saturdays.
• Reliable transportation to Wollert.
• Pass Medical and Drug and Alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Operate front-end loaders to load trucks and road transport vehicles.
• Maintain accurate loading weights and manage stockpiles.
• Perform daily pre-start checks and basic machine maintenance.
• Assist with site haulage duties using haul trucks as required.
• Adhere to site safety, environmental, and operational protocols.
