Job summary

Fetch Recruitment Pty in Melbourne is seeking experienced Front End Loader Operators to join multiple quarry, civil and bulk earthworks projects.

You will load trucks, stockpile materials and assist with drainage and site prep, working 5–6 days per week with overtime and potential night shifts. Weekly pay and long-term, stable work are available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience operating front end loaders in civil, quarry, or bulk earthworks environments.
• Current tickets: RII Front End Loader and White Card.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transport.
• Availability to work 5–6 days per week, including overtime and night shifts.
• Strong recent references.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently operate front end loaders.
• Load trucks, stockpile materials and handle bulk earth materials.
• Support earthworks, drainage and site prep tasks.
• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance on equipment.
• Work with supervisors to meet daily production targets.

Fetch Recruitment are looking for experienced Front End Loader Operators to join multiple projects on a large-scale quarry, civil and bulk earthwork sites across Melbourne.

You'll be responsible for:

• Safe and efficient operation of front end loaders
• Loading trucks, stockpiling materials, and general material handling
• Supporting earthworks, drainage, and site preparation tasks
• Routine cleaning and maintenance of your machine
• Working closely with supervisors to meet daily production targets

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3 years' experience operating front end loaders in civil, quarry, or bulk earthworks environments
• Current RII Front End Loader ticket and White Card
• Valid driver's licence and reliable transport
• Availability to work 5–6 days per week, including overtime + night-shiftwhen required
• Strong recent references
