Job summary

Palladium is seeking a Data Quality Officer to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data across the New Colombo Plan program support unit. The role focuses on data cleansing, validation, and reporting to help MEL and alumni engagement efforts.

You will collaborate with multiple teams to maintain high data standards and deliver reliable information for decision making. The ideal candidate brings strong Excel, Power BI, and data governance experience, with sensitivity to privacy and compliance

Qualifications

• Proficiency in digital databases, Microsoft Office, and advanced Excel.
• Experience in data management, privacy obligations, and handling sensitive information
• Skilled in data cleansing, validation, integrity checks, and data quality assurance.
• Experience in producing data analysis and supporting data-driven reporting.
• Strong attention to detail in maintaining large datasets and ensuring accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Support cross-program data collection, management, cleansing, and analysis across PSU areas.
• Prepare monthly dashboards and management reporting.
• Support MEL activities with data gathering, quality assurance, analysis, and reporting.
• Support program leads in maintaining reporting data and management information.
• Respond to ad hoc data requests and reporting requirements as directed.
