Job summary

Palladium: Make It Possible is looking for an Outreach and Alumni Lead for the New Colombo Plan program. This role will involve strategic engagement with stakeholders and managing communications to promote outcomes of a key international education initiative.

The ideal candidate will have relevant qualifications and substantial leadership experience in communications and stakeholder engagement, with a focus on optimizing performance and driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Substantial leadership experience in communications, public diplomacy, and stakeholder engagement.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful communication strategies.
• Strong analytical capability, including setting meaningful KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the communications function to support program objectives.
• Oversee delivery of targeted communications across social media and other channels.
• Drive initiatives for Alumni engagement and event planning.
