Job description

Peoplebank are recruiting for two Data Cleansing Officers (AS03 level) to work join an exciting IT/Digital transformation project, based in the Adelaide CBD.

This is a long term contract through to December 2027, based in Adelaide (hybrid work set up, but you MUST be based in Adelaide and willing to work onsite each week).

The Data Cleansing Officer (equivalent to AS03 level) will:

• Report to the Project Manager and work collaboratively with the Data Analyst, the 2 existing data cleansing officers and the business subject matter experts on the project to resolve identified data cleansing issues.
• Undertake manual cleansing (utilising Excel) and standardisation of project data in preparation for migration to the new systems.
• Verify data for completeness and correctness.
• Demonstrate a high degree of attention to detail.
• Record progress of data cleansing through to completion, ideally directly in JIRA tickets.
• Attend weekly project meetings to provide input and discuss overall project progress and raise any issues/blockers as required.
