The City of Boroondara is seeking a Business and Policy Analyst to support parking technology, data analytics and continuous improvement. You will analyse data, monitor performance and deliver insights to inform operational strategy and service improvements.

Reporting to the Business and Policy Lead, you will contribute to the parking technology roadmap and handle contract management, procurement, and reporting.

Qualifikationen

• Love of data and ability to extract insights that tell the story.
• Expertise in project management, continuous improvement and delivering outcomes.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Familiar with records management and using MS Office.

Aufgaben

• Lead innovation across parking technology and refine approaches with leadership.
• Analyse large datasets to inform strategic parking operations and future service models.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to inform regulatory services for the community.
• Support parking contract management, enhancement and maintenance.
• Coordinate delegated priorities and provide project management support.
• Deliver first-class customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
