Zusammenfassung

The City of Boroondara is seeking a Business and Policy Analyst to support parking technology, innovation and continuous improvement. You will analyse data, monitor performance and provide insights to inform operational strategy and service improvements.

Reporting to the Business and Policy Lead, you will contribute to the parking technology roadmap, manage reporting and financial records, and assist with contract management and procurement. A 4:1 hybrid work arrangement is offered.

Qualifikationen

• Data analysis and storytelling from datasets
• Project management and continuous improvement delivery
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement
• Records management and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) skills
• Financial administration experience in local government or similar

Aufgaben

• Lead innovation across parking technology with market research and stakeholder input
• Analyze large datasets and deliver insights to inform strategy and service models
• Provide data-driven recommendations to support regulatory services decisions
• Support contract management, vendor meetings, procurement and invoicing
• Coordinate delegated priorities and provide project management support
• Deliver high-quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders
• Maintain accurate financial and records management for the Coordinator
• Provide advocacy and quality assurance across Civic Services
