Job summary

Uniting is seeking a part-time Performance Analyst to help standardise reporting and analysis of data across divisions, enabling data-driven program improvements.

You will support reporting against funding agreements, collaborate with teams, and help create reliable data insight for leaders and managers. The role offers up to 2 days work-from-home per week with Melbourne CBD office access and flexible locations across Melbourne as required.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in business analytics and or administration (desirable).
• Experience developing performance reporting to meet regulatory needs.
• Experience analyzing and interpreting large data volumes.
• Advanced skills with SQL Reporting Services (SSRS).
• Advanced SQL skills.
• Experience with SSRS/SSIS reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI (DAX, M, PowerQuery).

Responsibilities

• Identifying, creating and transforming data sets required to report on, analyse, and interpret performance of services – both qualitatively and quantitatively.
• Contributing to accurate and timely completion of performance reporting for operational/contract and governance requirements.
• Solving complex problems with data integrity, in collaboration with subject matter experts and funder representatives.
• Supporting complex information analysis in response to enquiries and providing data-informed advice to leaders and managers within Uniting.
• Developing ‘as built’ documentation and instructions – ensuring sustainability in the quality of data and reporting products.
