Job summary

Uniting Vic.Tas in Melbourne is seeking a Performance Analyst to support consistent reporting and data analysis across divisions. You will help report against funding agreements or contracts and enable data-driven decisions to improve program delivery.

You’ll transform data sets, work with funder representatives, and produce as-built documentation to ensure data quality and sustainability of reporting products. Hybrid role with WFH and office presence.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in business analytics and/or administration (desirable).
• Experience in developing performance reporting to meet regulatory needs.
• Ability to analyse and interpret large volumes of data.
• Advanced skills in SQL Reporting Services and SQL.
• Proficiency in Excel and Power BI (DAX, M, PowerQuery).

Responsibilities

• Identifying, transforming data sets required to report on performance.
• Contributing to timely performance reporting for operations/ governance.
• Solving data integrity problems with subject matter experts.
• Providing data-informed advice to leaders to drive improvements.
• Developing as-built documentation to sustain data quality.
