Job summary

Financial Rights Legal Centre, based in Sydney, is expanding its data and reporting capability. This 18-month fixed-term role reports to the COO and supports service delivery, performance monitoring, funding compliance and strategic decision-making.

You will translate data into actionable insights, build dashboards in Power BI, and drive data quality and automation improvements. You will work closely with stakeholders, manage multiple data sources, and help the organisation deliver high-quality

Qualifications

• Proven experience analysing data across multiple systems and producing insights.
• Experience building dashboards used by stakeholders to monitor performance.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis, modelling and reporting.
• Track record of improving data quality and governance practices.
• Experience delivering reporting improvements through automation or system integration.
• Proven ability to manage and deliver projects with competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Analyse data across systems to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Develop data dashboards and reports to support executive, operational and board decisions.
• Support funder reporting by tracking performance against targets and outcomes.
• Improve data quality, consistency and governance across the organisation.
• Lead data and reporting improvement initiatives, including automation and system integration.
