The Data Migration Lead manages the analysis, mapping, extraction, transformation and assurance of data for complex corporate system modernisation programs across DTP. The role ensures source and destination data is aligned, accurate, secure and documented in line with governance requirements.
The role works closely with business and technical stakeholders to understand data requirements, identify gaps and inconsistencies, and recommend solutions. Responsibilities include data cleansing and transformation, supporting data governance and quality standards, and producing reports and dashboards on migration progress, quality and issues. Other duties may be assigned in line with the Public Administration Act 2004 (Vic).
