HPX Group is seeking a Business Analyst to join our Data Insights team, acting as the trusted go-to contact for partners and business teams on reporting. You will translate needs into clear, well-documented requirements for dashboards and reports, and guide users in accessing data through training sessions and self-serve reports.

Qualifications

• Experience as a business analyst, reporting, data analyst or similar role.
• Builds relationships with partners and business teams, including at senior levels.
• Enjoys teaching/training others on how to access and run reports.
• Turns loosely defined requests into clear, well-documented requirements for reports or dashboards.
• Able to discuss reports with end users and translate needs to the data team.

Responsibilities

• Teach users how to access and run existing reports through training or guides.
• Handle ad-hoc data queries and investigations.
• Capture and document requirements for new dashboards or views.
• Maintain strong relationships with partners to ensure data delivered meets needs.
