Qualifications

• Experience in data entry or customer service is preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to follow established processes and procedures.

• Clear and professional phone and email communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer service and support via phone and email.
• Triages and coordinates enquiries, ensuring timely resolution.
• Manage requests through the ticketing system and maintain service standards.
• Accurately maintain and update client information across multiple systems.
• Follow established procedures to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
• Set up and maintain client records and online access.
• Monitor outstanding requests and ensure agreed timeframes are met.
• Manage returned communications and maintain accurate client records.
