Job summary

Hellios Information Pty Limited, based in Brisbane, seeks a Customer Support Advisor to provide first line customer service and validate data during onboarding. You will log and update customer records, explain subscription processes and manage payments, while maintaining strong relationships with supplier customers.

The role requires handling high volumes of calls, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to process improvement in a hybrid working environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide first line customer support and validate data during onboarding.
• Validate online questionnaires with attention to detail and standard processes.
• Log and update customer records in the CRM.
• Explain service benefits and handling of subscription payments.
• Log and track customer contact, activity and outcomes.
• Escalate issues to Operations or Country Manager.
• Maintain high call handling rates and meet personal targets.
