Job summary

University of Adelaide is seeking a Data Engineer to join the Business Intelligence team at the City West campus. This full-time, 24-month fixed-term position offers a salary range of AUD 103,719 to AUD $116,002 per year plus 17% super.

You will design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and models, ensuring data integrity and accessibility to support BI and analytics across the university. Collaboration with IT and analytics teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in data manipulation, preparation, and integration.
• Experience in designing, developing, and supporting data pipelines, models, and processes.
• Proficiency in data management and business intelligence concepts and practices.
• Experience with Power Query, Alteryx, SQL, and R.
• Experience in stakeholder engagement, expectations, and relationship management.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.

• Enable data-driven decision-making by designing, developing, and maintaining robust data pipelines, models, and solutions that support the Adelaide University's strategic and operational objectives.
