Job summary

The University of Adelaide is seeking a Business Analyst to join the Performance, Data and Insights - Business Intelligence team. The role is a full-time 24-month fixed-term contract based at the City West campus, offering a competitive salary and 17% superannuation.

You will support requirements gathering, analytical delivery and stakeholder engagement to inform data-driven decision making across university programs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and stakeholder engagement in complex organisations.
• Experience documenting business processes, requirements, and functional specs.
• Facilitating workshops, interviews, and stakeholder consultations.

Responsibilities

• Support the analysis and definition of business requirements across data, reporting and analytics initiatives.
• Partner with stakeholders to inform design and delivery of solutions that improve decision-making.
• Assist with testing, readiness, and rollout activities; prepare artefacts such as process maps and user stories.
