Job summary

The University of Adelaide is seeking a Business Intelligence Delivery Coordinator to support the delivery of reporting, analytics and data initiatives. Based in the Performance, Data and Insights – Business Intelligence team, this full‑time fixed term role is based at the City West campus and entails coordinating engineering and reporting delivery activities, priorities, resources and dependencies.

You will provide visibility of demand, risks and commitments to enable informed decision‑making

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating complex business, data, analytics, technology or transformation initiatives within a large organisation.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and competing priorities.
• Experience facilitating agile delivery practices (stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews).
• Ability to identify and coordinate resolution of delivery risks, issues and dependencies.
• Experience maintaining delivery plans, schedules and status reports.
• Strong ability to engage with both business and technical stakeholders and provide practical recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery activities, priorities, resources and dependencies for reporting, analytics and data initiatives.
• Provide visibility of demand, risks and commitments to enable informed decision‑making and maintain momentum.
• Support timely delivery through governance and continuous improvement activities.
• Collaborate with engineering and reporting teams across the BI function to align delivery across projects.
