Cleanaway in Melbourne is seeking a Transport Scheduler to join our Future Operations Team. You will plan transport activities more than one day ahead to ensure efficient, safe, and reliable service delivery.

You will balance customer requirements, fleet availability, driver resources, and contractual commitments to create smart transport plans that improve service performance and fleet utilization across the network.

Qualifications

• Experience in transport scheduling or logistics.
• Knowledge of fleet operations and driver planning.
• Experience with AMCS or similar systems.
• Strong Excel, data analysis and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimise transport schedules, routes and fleet allocations to maximise efficiency and service outcomes.
• Coordinate with operational leaders and customer service to ensure practical and compliant schedules.
• Analyse operational data to identify trends, opportunities and performance improvements.
• Support operations through strong communication, stakeholder engagement and problem solving.
