Job summary

Endeavour Group's ALH Hotels team is seeking a curious, data-minded Safer Gaming Specialist for a 12-month fixed-term contract. Based in Melbourne or Sydney, you’ll turn complex data into actionable insights and support frontline operations on safer gaming practices.

Reporting to the Head of Safer Gaming and Regulatory Engagement, you’ll coach teams, manage escalations, and help mature policies and templates to elevate our Safer Gaming program across venues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with 3+ years in compliance or analytics.
• Strong analytical ability to translate raw data into actionable insight.
• Proven ability to build trusted cross-functional relationships.
• Deep understanding of responsible gaming practices and hospitality context.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and interpret complex data to produce reports and dashboards.
• Coach and guide operational teams and compliance personnel.
• Handle complex compliance cases with cross-team collaboration.
• Track guest interactions and mature Safer Gaming practices.
