Job summary
Endeavour Group’s ALH division is seeking a State Gaming Manager to lead the successful execution of gaming strategy initiatives across the state portfolio, from Brisbane to Darwin. You’ll work with State Operations Teams, venues, and national functions to uplift gaming performance, ensure compliance, and elevate guest experiences.
You’ll coach venue gaming teams, drive promotion and location optimisation, and partner with Product to implement shared strategies.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of business or adjacent gaming experience and experience delivering customer-facing products.
- Ability to define and deliver growth with analytics to measure performance.
- Excellent verbal communication and facilitation skills; present complex information clearly.
- Strong knowledge of state-specific regulatory & compliance requirements.
Responsibilities
- Lead successful execution of the gaming strategy across the state portfolio.
- Upskill venue gaming teams and improve gaming performance.
- Collaborate with State Operations, venues and national teams to implement strategies.
- Drive guest-first experience through promotions and operational improvements.
- Partner with Product Team to ensure alignment of shared strategies.
