Job summary

Endeavour Group is seeking a curious, data-minded Safer Gaming Specialist to join our Regulatory and Compliance team on a 12-month fixed term contract. Reporting to the Head of Safer Gaming and Regulatory Engagement, you will turn data into actionable insights and directly support our operational teams on the ground.

You will analyse complex data to produce clear reports and dashboards, coach teams in safer gaming interactions, and collaborate across ALH Operations, EDG Legal, Financial Crime,

Qualifications

• Strong analytical ability to translate raw data into meaningful, relevant operational actions and streamline reporting processes.
• Proven ability to build authentic, trusted relationships with cross-functional stakeholders in a complex, geographically distributed environment.
• A deep understanding of responsible gaming/gambling practices (hospitality, casino, or gaming venue experience is highly regarded).
• A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) paired with 3+ years in a similar compliance, regulatory, or analytical support role.
• A proactive, solution-oriented approach with high personal accountability, composure under pressure, and a passion for doing the right thing.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and interpret complex data to produce clear reports, dashboards, and presentations that help ALH Operations understand and manage SG risk.
• Provide direct coaching, training, and guidance to operational teams and compliance personnel engaged in safer gaming interactions with guests.
• Handle complex, escalated compliance cases with sensitivity, collaborating across ALH Operations, EDG Legal, Financial Crime, and RG teams to achieve positive guest outcomes.
• Track guest interaction progress and help mature our practices, templates, tools, and policies to continuously elevate our Safer Gaming Program
