Job summary
Sharks Leagues Club in Sydney is seeking an experienced Gaming Analyst to help shape the gaming offerings at our brand-new venue and across the group. This is an opportunity to be involved from the beginning—using data, technology and commercial insight to optimise performance and support our teams.
You’ll monitor EGM performance, analyse gaming and member data, develop reports and dashboards, and provide recommendations on machine allocations, floor layouts and strategy.
Qualifications
- Experience in a gaming analysis, gaming systems or operations role (NSW club preferred).
- Strong understanding of gaming systems, products and metrics.
- Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, lookups, data analysis).
- RSA and RCG certifications held or in progress.
- Experience with IGT Club, RedeemX or similar data-analysis tools.
Responsibilities
- Monitor EGM performance, gaming systems and connectivity; investigate variances.
- Analyse gaming, financial and member data to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
- Develop reports, dashboards and forecasts to support decisions.
- Provide recommendations on gaming product performance, allocations and layouts.
- Support development and review of the Club’s gaming strategy, budgets and initiatives.
- Prepare reconciliations including meter data, cash flow and variances.
- Assist with promotions, loyalty initiatives and ROI analyses.
- Support compliance with gaming legislation and internal controls.
