Job summary

Endeavour Group’s ALH-operated Melton Hotel is seeking a proactive Gaming Supervisor to welcome guests and ensure responsible gaming practices are followed. A hands-on role with emphasis on safety and compliance, and the ability to work across diverse shifts.

The position requires RSA and RCG/ARCG qualifications, strong people skills, and a flexible schedule including days, evenings and weekends. Responsibilities include payouts and cash handling in line with hotel policies.

Gaming Supervisor | Melton Hotel

With great gaming comes great responsibility! We’re looking for a proactive Gaming Supervisor to create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests through warm and authentic service. To be suitable for this role, you’ll be motivated to comply with Responsible Service of Alcohol and Gaming regulations. Sound like a good fit? Game on!

A day in the life of a Gaming Supervisor:

• Actively engage with guests by sharing your passion for our products and create special moments that our guests won’t forget
• Contribute positively to our culture of responsibility, which is centred around safety as well as RSA and RCG/ARCG compliance
• Complete machine payouts and cash handling tasks in accordance with hotel policies and gaming regulations

About you:

• You are great with people, detail and communication and are motivated to make magic happen for your guests and your teammates
• You are a team player and have flexible availability across the day, evenings and weekends
• You hold current industry RSA and RCG/ARCG qualifications
• You’ll be yourself and come as you are - ALH is known for its people!

Inherent requirements:

• This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
