Job summary

ALH Hotels is seeking a proactive Gaming Supervisor to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests while upholding responsible gaming standards. The role includes RSA/RCG compliance, cash handling, and physical duties such as lifting and stock movement.

You will bring strong people skills, flexible availability across day/evening/weekends, and current RSA/RCG qualifications to thrive in a fast-paced pub environment within Endeavour Group’s network.

Job description

With great gaming comes great responsibility! We’re looking for a proactive Gaming Supervisor to create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests through warm and authentic service. A day in the life of a Gaming Supervisor:

• Actively engage with guests by sharing your passion for our products and create special moments that our guests won’t forget
• Contribute positively to our culture of responsibility, which is centred around safety as well as RSA and RCG/ARCG compliance
• Complete machine payouts and cash handling tasks in accordance with hotel policies and gaming regulations

What do we need from you

About you:

• You are great with people, detail and communication and are motivated to make magic happen for your guests and your teammates
• You are a team player and have flexible availability across the day, evenings and weekends
• You hold current industry RSA and RCG/ARCG qualifications
• You’ll be yourself and come as you are - ALH is known for its people!

Inherent requirements:

• This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
