Ridley in Melbourne is seeking a proactive Production Coordinator to support safe and efficient operation at the Pakenham bulk stockfeeds site. You will analyse production data, prepare reports and maintain records to drive continuous improvement across multiple teams.

Reporting to the Site Manager, you will manage training (licences/tickets) and collaborate with Warehousing, Despatch, Intake, Maintenance, Quality and Safety, plus external suppliers to ensure compliance and smooth operations.

Competenze

• Experience coordinating production activities in manufacturing.
• Strong data analysis, reporting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent administration and organisational abilities.
• Proficient in Excel and business systems.
• Ability to develop processes and manage priorities.
• Understanding of safety and compliance requirements.

Mansioni

• Analyse production data and report on performance, trends and improvements.
• Maintain operational reports, procedures and compliance documentation.
• Develop and improve processes to strengthen efficiency and accountability.
• Maintain the site Skills Matrix and coordinate training requirements.
• Coordinate site compliance training and refresher requirements, including licences and renewals.
• Follow up outstanding actions and coordinate issues through to resolution.
• Support compliance with safety, quality and environmental requirements (HACCP, FeedSafe, QMS).
• Collaborate with site teams to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement.
