Ridley is seeking a Production Coordinator to support safe, efficient and reliable Bulk Stockfeeds operations in Victoria. You’ll work with site leadership to plan production, monitor performance and manage inventory, ensuring accurate records and compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in production coordination, production administration, scheduling, inventory or manufacturing operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate discrepancies and maintain accurate records.
• Confidence using Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• An understanding of production processes, operational reporting and workplace safety requirements.

Aufgaben

• Support production planning, scheduling and coordination to help achieve production targets and customer requirements.
• Monitor and report production performance, including output, yield, waste, downtime and other KPIs.
• Complete production and inventory reconciliations, investigate discrepancies and maintain accurate system data.
• Support inventory management, stock movements, raw material replenishment and related administration.
• Maintain operational records, reports, procedures and compliance documentation.
• Support site compliance with safety, quality and environmental requirements, HACCP, FeedSafe and QMS.
