Zusammenfassung

Ridley Corporation is seeking a Production Coordinator to support its Bulk Stockfeeds manufacturing operations. You will assist with production planning, scheduling, data collection, and compliance documentation to help ensure safe, efficient and reliable production.

You’ll work closely with site leadership to monitor performance, manage inventory, and drive continual improvement in safety, quality and efficiency within a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in production coordination, production administration, scheduling, inventory or manufacturing operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate discrepancies and maintain accurate records.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• An understanding of production processes, operational reporting and workplace safety requirements.

Aufgaben

• Support production planning, scheduling and coordination to help achieve production targets and customer requirements.
• Monitor and report production performance, including output, yield, waste, downtime and other key performance indicators.
• Complete production and inventory reconciliations, investigate discrepancies and maintain accurate system data.
• Support inventory management, stock movements, raw material replenishment and related administration.
• Maintain operational records, reports, procedures and compliance documentation.
• Support site compliance with safety, quality and environmental requirements, including HACCP, FeedSafe and the Quality Management System.
• Work collaboratively with site leadership and support teams to resolve issues and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
