Qualifications

Experience in technical environments such as telecommunications, fibre, fire systems, trades, IT, industrial facilities, or related fields.
Confidence collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders, including internal teams and external service providers.
The ability to identify risks and develop practical, effective solutions.
Strong proficiency in Office 365 applications.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Support and engage with Customers, Service Technicians and contractors undertaking support activities and overseeing maintenance works.
Monitor critical infrastructure to ensure continuity of services and no disruption to client’s or business operations.
Utilise electronic monitoring systems to proactively oversee and monitor site conditions.
Respond to customer requests and critical events swiftly.
Ensure personnel are performing activities safely and in accordance with CDC’s processes and procedures.
Provide timely reporting of events, and support restoration to normal operations.
