Job summary

EnergyAustralia is seeking a Data Business Analyst to support the Customer Transformation program on a 6-month day-rate contract in Victoria. You will bridge business needs with technical teams, shaping the future-state data model and end-to-end data flows.

The role demands strong data modelling, data architecture, and the ability to document requirements clearly for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience on data initiatives (data modelling, data platforms and pipelines).
• Ability to translate complex data and system requirements into clear documentation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement, including senior forums.

Responsibilities

• Supporting data-stream development for a new future-state data model.
• Defining and documenting requirements across the Customer Transformation Program.
• Understanding end-to-end data flows, data mapping, migration and lineage.
• Applying SIPOC-like process mapping to define data inputs/outputs for the future-state model.
• Translating future-state architecture into deliverable requirements with tech and business stakeholders.
