The Apex Group is seeking a Business Analyst for a 6-month fixed-term contract to support transformation and integration initiatives across Sydney and Melbourne. You will gather requirements, document processes and translate business needs into practical delivery solutions.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of business analysis experience, preferably in superannuation or financial services, with strong elicitation and process-mapping skills and experience working with technology delivery teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years business analysis experience, ideally within superannuation administration, registry or financial services.
• Strong requirements elicitation and process mapping capability.
• Experience working with technology delivery teams.
• Knowledge of superannuation administration and registry operations desirable.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate workshops and gather business requirements.
• Document current and future-state processes.
• Produce business requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Support testing, implementation and business readiness.
• Analyse impacts across operations, technology, risk and compliance.
• Work closely with product, operations and project teams.
