Job summary

JCDecaux North America is seeking a Technical Business Analyst for a 6-month contract based in Australia. The role focuses on identifying and implementing changes to digital and business systems, from scoping to testing and validation.

You will drive improvements through close collaboration with stakeholders and manage technology-driven initiatives. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in business analysis within media/digital spaces, strong analytical skills, and experience with third

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in media, programmatic or digital environments.
• Experience in systems and data analysis is required.
• Experience with databases, data and network flow mapping is preferred.
• Experience working with third parties in delivery and support services is desirable.
• Strong written and verbal communication and documentation skills.
• A natural problem-solver and facilitator.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed business analyses outlining problems, opportunities and solutions.
• Assess and document current state of business and digital systems processes.
• Analyse requirements, perform gap analysis and provide recommendations.
• Participate in solution design and development activities.
• Deliver insights to stakeholders to drive strategic outcomes.
• Identify risks and opportunity costs and assess business value.
• Test and validate digital systems and integrations to ensure quality.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand processes, data and reporting needs.
