WorkCover Queensland in Brisbane is building a new greenfield Snowflake data platform. As the Data & Analytics Technical Lead, you will provide hands-on technical direction, own design decisions and guide the platform from build to production.

You will lead design across data engineering, analytics and semantic modelling, set standards for CI/CD, testing and automation, and mentor engineers while coordinating with architecture, security and governance teams.

Competenze

• Extensive enterprise data and analytics experience with hands-on leadership.
• Strong Python and SQL skills with Airflow and cloud data platform experience.
• Snowflake preferred; Databricks experience considered.
• Experience with CI/CD, deployment automation, production support and governance.

Talenza are partnering with WorkCover Queensland to help them build a team for a new greenfield Snowflake data platform. As the Data & Analytics Technical Lead, you'll provide hands-on technical direction, own detailed design decisions and help take the platform from build into production.

What you'll do

What you'll bring
