Job summary

Legal Aid NSW is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to transform and maintain raw data within the Business Intelligence environment to support operational reporting and informed decision-making across the organisation.

You will work within the Business Reporting team to analyse data, create meaningful dashboards, and provide insights to stakeholders while partnering with technical and non-technical colleagues to enable evidence-based decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience transforming raw data into accurate, well-defined datasets.
• Advanced skills in Power BI and Excel for dashboards and reports.
• Strong understanding of relational databases and data modelling.
• Ability to interrogate large datasets and translate data into actionable insights.
• Proficiency with SQL-based environments and data practices.
• Experience communicating technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities
