• Lead the review and analysis of the organisation's business requirements, intentions, services, processes and information needs to identify changes that lead to business improvements.
• Analyse business objectives, processes, and service needs to identify opportunities for improvement and recommend effective solutions.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships, using effective communication and negotiation skills to support informed decision-making and service improvements.
