Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive in Sydney is seeking a Data Analyst on a 12-month contract to own the BI reporting ecosystem across Tableau and Domo, maintaining dashboards and data flows to support commercial decision-making. You will manage data pipelines in SQL using Snowflake and BigQuery, collaborate with CBS data engineers on pipeline fixes, and ensure reliable, actionable reporting for ANZ stakeholders.

The role is hybrid (minimum 3 days in the office, moving to 4 fixed Mon-Thurs) with a focus on data

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent practical experience.
At least 2 years as Data Engineer/Analyst in a cross-functional environment.
2+ years hands-on with Tableau and Domo.
Strong SQL and relational DB skills with Snowflake/BigQuery/GCS experience.
Python or R for data manipulation and analytics.

Responsibilities

Build, update, and optimise dashboards and data flows in Tableau and Domo.
Query and prepare data using SQL in Snowflake and BigQuery; manage data pipelines.
Translate stakeholder needs into functional reporting and insights.
Maintain reliable dashboards and pipelines to support decision making.
Contribute to data quality improvements and documentation.
