Job summary

This hands-on role focuses on people-side change across a major Data, AI & Automation transformation, driving communications, readiness and adoption with close partner collaboration.

The role blends remote work with on-site collaboration and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful change lands across the business.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering change, communications or engagement in large technology or business transformation programs.
• Ability to create communications, presentations, stakeholder materials and change artefacts independently.
• Strong written communication skills and ability to simplify complex concepts for business audiences.
• Experience coordinating stakeholders, workshops and engagement activities across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver change, communication and engagement activities that support adoption of new data, AI and automation capabilities.
• Create leader briefings, presentations, FAQs, stakeholder updates and key messages.
• Coordinate and facilitate workshops, briefings and engagement activities across business and technology teams.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify change impacts, readiness requirements and adoption risks.
• Execute change plans and communication activities aligned to program milestones and delivery timelines.
• Track engagement and adoption outcomes, providing practical recommendations to improve readiness.
