Job summary

Fulton Hogan in Melbourne seeks an AI Adoption Specialist to turn curiosity into practical change. This permanent, full-time role will partner with operational teams to identify AI opportunities, run workshops, and map processes to embed lasting change.

You’ll join our growing AI Practice and help shape how we use AI across the business. You’ll work across teams, building local champion networks, and driving measurable impact while travelling as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in change, adoption, or business-improvement roles.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills across mixed audiences.
• Hands-on fluency with AI tools and practical interest in AI direction.
• Proactive, curious, and adaptable with ability to work independently.
• Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel regularly.

Responsibilities

• Partner with operational teams to identify AI opportunities.
• Deliver workshops, training and drop-in support using approved AI tools.
• Map current processes, redesign workflows and embed change.
• Build local champion networks with digital leads to sustain momentum.
• Shape and qualify new AI use cases and share learnings across the wider business.
